Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the unique nature of our pieces, it should be noted before ordering that no two Boots Arrow pieces are ever alike.They are all unique and handmade from reclaimed materials, and while we strive to choose imagery which best represents our products, some variation in product design should be expected. 

We offer a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.e.

To be eligible for a return, you must first email us at and let us know your concern. Once we authorize the return/exchange you are responsible for sending your item to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return and/or exchange shipping costs at this time. Should you have any specific cases, please feel free to email us with your questions and/or scenario and we will gladly discuss the circumstances.

Once you have received our “Approval to Return and/or Exchange Confirmation” email, please send all returns and exchanges with your original receipt to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 business day..

Damaged/Faulty or Incorrect Merchandise
If the item is faulty, damaged or the incorrect item was sent, we will ship you the correct merchandise at no additional shipping and credit you for the return shipping once the item is received. In order to qualify for this exception, you must contact us at within 48 hours of merchandise receipt and we will authorize the exchange.

If you experience an issue with the quality of our merchandise at any time, please email us to discuss. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase and we will work with you on specific exceptions to our standard return policy.

Late or missing refunds
If you’ve returned an item but have not received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1306 Northridge Dr. Austin Texas US 78723. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is in an error or the merchandise if faulty and/or damaged. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
